June-uary is almost over! And more summer-like weather is around the corner...
Fairly steady rain continues overnight tonight (Monday night), turning to showers tomorrow (Tuesday)...close to 0.25" as of just before 9pm, and we could add an additional half-inch by noon tomorrow! Temps only in the low-60s again tomorrow afternoon. There's a chance of a convergence zone developing in the afternoon/evening timeframe, which could bring heavier rain and a potential for a lightning strike or two. I'll keep an eye on things and keep you posted if anything looks impactful!
Wednesday is a bit of a transition day...a few showers might stick around in the morning, before drying out the rest of the day. We'll also begin our slow climb to near-normal (and eventually above-normal) temps - mid-60s for Wednesday's afternoon high temp!
Thursday begins the warm-up - upper-60s to near 70ยบ, and adding several degrees every day thru the weekend. Still a little too far out to know specifics, but we do know it's gonna be hot this weekend and early next week. At this point, it's looking like mid- to possibly upper-80s on Sunday, with a couple days into next week looking hot as well.
