A cool, cloudy - dare I say “gloomy” - end to June…I remembered that five years ago yesterday was the end of that massive heatwave…I’ll take cloudy and 60s over muggy and over 100° any day!
We’ll have to make it thru a few more days of below-normal temps, with afternoon highs in the upper-60s to near 70°. There’s a chance of some drizzle, maybe even some scattered showers…but not much more than a tenth or so total - enough to make the ground look wet. Otherwise, mostly cloudy skies.
An early look at the holiday weekend, the computer models are hinting at warmer and sunnier conditions starting Friday! We’ll take another look as it gets closer.
