Happy Fourth Weekend! Since summer already didn’t wait til the fifth to start this year, it only makes sense that the Fourth itself is pretty decent weather-wise!
Like today (Friday), we’ll have to deal with the marine layer giving us morning clouds tomorrow (Saturday) morning - maybe some misty drizzle too…but the sun should burn them off by midday, giving us a very pleasant afternoon and evening - highs in the mid-70s! Clouds should stay clear of fireworks shows, and light winds should help clear the smoke out.
However, please leave the pyrotechnics to the pros - even though the recent precip has tamped down the risk of wildfires a bit, grasses and ground cover are still dryer than average…meaning any spark can quickly ignite a fast-moving fire!
Sunday looks a bit sunnier, and therefore a bit warmer - mid- to upper-70s. Monday ticks a bit warmer, maybe even into the low-80s!
