.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A high pressure 
ridge nosing into the waters today will strengthens, then move E
with the center of high pressure sitting to the SW of the waters. This
ridging weakens tonight as a weak cold front crosses the 
northern waters. The area of high pressure will persist to the SW
of the area through Mon night with a ridge returning E over the 
waters Sat into Sun night. A coastal trough develops N along the
Oregon coast Sun through Mon night. High pressure weakens 
slightly as a cold front moves over the waters Tuesday and 
Tuesday night.
